Have you ever stopped to think about your unique story? The moments that shaped you, the challenges you’ve overcome, and the dreams that keep you moving forward? Too often, we underestimate the power of our own experiences and the gifts we carry within us. But today, I want you to take a moment and realize that you have a gift—something truly unique and invaluable that the world needs to hear. The beginning of my Power your Life Program is to look at your amazing self. I invite you to do that today!

Embracing Your Journey

Every one of us has a journey filled with twists and turns, highs and lows. These experiences are not just random events; they are the building blocks of our story. They have equipped us with insights, resilience, and perspectives that are uniquely ours. Think about the challenges you’ve faced. Perhaps you’ve navigated through personal hardships, professional setbacks, or emotional turmoil. Each of these experiences has contributed to the person you are today.

Your story is not just about the struggles but also about the triumphs—the moments when you pushed through despite the odds, the times when you discovered strength you didn’t know you had. These moments are gifts. They are lessons learned, wisdom gained, and a source of inspiration for others.

The Power of Your Message

What if I told you that your story has the power to change lives? YES! Sharing your journey can inspire, motivate, and uplift others who may be facing similar challenges. Your message can provide hope, guidance, and a sense of connection. When we share our stories, we create a ripple effect that can touch countless lives.

Consider the times when someone else’s story has inspired you. Was it a book, a speech, or a conversation with a friend? Maybe you have all of those. Those stories had a profound impact because they resonated with you on a personal level. Your story holds the same potential. By embracing and sharing it, you can make a difference in the lives of others. Imagine the surprise or wonder when you step out of your comfort zone!!

Finding Your Voice

You might be wondering, “How do I find my voice? How do I share my story in a way that truly resonates?” The first step is to embrace authenticity. Be true to yourself and your experiences. Don’t be afraid to show vulnerability. It’s in our vulnerability that we find our greatest strength.

Start by reflecting on your journey. What are the key moments that have shaped you? What lessons have you learned? What message do you want to share with the world? Write it down, speak it out loud, or share it with a trusted friend. The more you practice, the more confident you will become in sharing your story.

Your Gift to the World

Remember, your gift is not just your story, but also the unique way you choose to share it. Whether it’s through writing, speaking, coaching, or any other medium, your message has the power to create change. You have the ability to inspire others to find their own strength, to pursue their dreams, and to live their lives authentically. I can help you with all of those!

So, I ask you again: Did you know that you have a gift?

Embrace it.

Share it.

Let your story be a beacon of hope and inspiration for others.

The world needs your voice, your message, and your unique perspective.

Step into your power and let your gift shine!

How to be Calmer & More Productive in your Daily Grind

This past week after a long summer I was able to take a 3 day weekend dedicated to pure relaxation and pampering away from home and all that came with it.  Before that, the summer had been full of my "mom" duties in the home while working full time, making sure the physical and emotional needs of my kids and partner were met, kids travel baseball, chauffeuring to and from day camps and my own full time job.  Exhausting , riggghhht?! I know the 3 days away worked because when I returned to work on Tuesday, I felt like I missed a whole week of work when I actually missed only 1 day!        I have read that escaping to nature can be like entering another realm altogether. I believe this is true. When the body is in a calm place, the mind  and spirit follow.  Ever notice when you are out in nature the air is clearer ? The open spaces make you feel like you did when you were in your youth. You may realize you even want to run and play which...
